Women & Leadership Australia (WLA) believes advancing gender equity, especially in leadership, is central to creating a fairer and more inclusive society and, to encourage more women to step into leadership roles, WLA periodically offers industry sector scholarships for three levels of leadership development program.
We’re very excited to advise that scholarship offer is now open to all women across the Construction & Engineering sector.
WLA’s renowned, career-defining leadership programs combine rapid transition, applied learning method with the latest in leadership theory and practice supporting emerging, middle and senior female leaders on their path towards full potential and leadership excellence.
Through our Industry Partnership Framework, we work with hundreds of Australian associations and professional bodies to increase awareness and action around gender equity. With your support, we can continue to create meaningful opportunities for female leaders across Australia.
